Ideas for Weird Inventions
Some of these are hopefully useful inventions. Otherwise,
just weird and interesting or funny is okay with me. Oh, and
theses are just ideas for inventions, so feel free to take them,
make them, patent them and make a few dollars on them. Good luck!
Bone Wind Chimes
Hey there are a lot of people out there who like the morbid
side of life. They don't have to be human bones! (We once had
chimes with sea shells, which is a similar idea.)
Glow-in-the-Dark Furniture
Maybe just have the edges trimmed with a glow-in-the-dark
material. No more bumping into the coffee table in the dark.
Nice party atmosphere too.
Nap Inducing Machine
These brain wave entrainment CDs I've been using for months
are really powerful. The one I use to relax puts me to sleep
every time, anytime of the day. Why not have a system for baby
cribs and kid's beds that plays CDs which slow down their brain
waves and puts them to sleep? I can think of a few parents who
would buy this.
Wall Mounted Furniture
A steel track runs around the perimeter of the room, and the
furniture is all designed to hang from this. Couches, tables
and chairs don't need legs, and are easy to clean under. Plus,
if you own the company, once your system is installed, the customer
has to buy furniture from you.
Voice alarm clock. This is one of those easy inventions,
and not even that weird. It would just require one of the "sampler"
chips that are found in electronic keyboards. Press the button
to record a short message alarm. You can wake up to your own
voice, or record a wake-up message from a sexy friend for more
motivation. "You're late for work!" might work as an
alarm too, or just give you a heart attack.
